DO YOU REMOVE THE DOORS AND DRAWERS?

Yes. All doors and drawers are labeled and removed and carefully transported back to the workshop to be prepped, sanded, primed and painted.  On install day, the doors and drawers are packaged in foam pouches and transported to the home.  

DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?

Yes, we carry liability insurance.  We provide a copy of the certificate to each client (upon request).

CAN YOU HELP ME PICK A COLOR FOR MY CABINETS?

Absolutely! Once your job is booked, we offer a complimentary color consult (up to one hour) to help you make a decision on color. 

WHAT DO I CLEAN MY CABINETS WITH?

We recommend cleaning with a mixture of blue Dawn, water and a small amount of vinegar (optional) to cut any grease.  Do not use any harsh chemicals or magic erasers, as these can potentially damage the surface.

DO YOU SUB OUT ANY OF YOUR WORK?

No, we never sub out our work. 

DO YOU CAULK DOORS?

The majority of doors we refinish are five-panel doors created for movement.  We do not caulk doors because even though it looks great at first, over time it will result in failure due to the expansion and contraction of the wood doors.
